Unser Zimmer mit direktem Strandzugang war einfach traumhaft: modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage war jederzeit gepflegt und makellos sauber. Das Essen war……

“UNMATCHED !! BEST HOTEL EVER!! We have been to many many hotels but this stands out as the best ever! From the reception and friendly staff, specially Mirna the receptionist! All the staff are welcoming you with a very nice smile, helping hands in every thing, asking if you wanna somethg while u don't! Then the room!! What is that?! Spacious one, with dressing room, mini living room and that spacious bathroom! What is that?! AMAZING! and then to the pools and beach! Very clean, tempting……

“Chambre vieillotte qui mériterait d'être refaite mais reste tout à fait convenable. On nous annonce un surclassement gratuit à la réception mais c'est qu'on avait payé de base... un minuscule balcon donnant sur le parking des employés mais comme il n'était pas très agréable nous n'y allions pas. La clim fait pas mal de bruit pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas dormir dans le bruit. Nous avons pu bénéficier du all inclusive dès notre arrivée (après 14h) et après avoir rendu la chambre pour les vols en……

“Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.”

“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”
